• Experienced in all phases of system development from conception through advanced technology within the extended defense and intelligence communities.
• Founded and managed a successful, 400 employee firm specializing in providing technical quantitative analysis, computer simulations, systems engineering, mathematical modeling, and specialized acoustical technology services to the federal government and federal contractors.
• Served as an SES-4 in the federal government for nine years; responsible for management and allocation of $35 million of annual discretionary funds dedicated to Naval Undersea Warfare.
• Worked with the DoD National Security Education Program (NSEP) in placing within the federal government over 3000 NSEP award recipients (graduate and undergraduates in all academic fields) who have lived and studied throughout the world and learned less commonly taught languages and cultures.
• Subject Matter Expert in developing The Language Corps for the DoD as a national entity to support the federal, state, and local government agencies in times of national emergencies.
